I’m writing here to seek help regarding an issue I’m experiencing with Xojo. I’m currently using XOJO 2024 Release 2.1 on a Mac with the Sequoia 15.2 operating system. I have purchased a XOJO Lite Mac license, which is compatible with the R2 version.
The problem is that every time I start XOJO, my license is not saved. I have to manually enter it each time to be able to build my apps for Mac. This issue has only appeared recently; in the past, everything worked correctly.
I have tried reinstalling XOJO R2 and deleting the license path at ~/Library/Application Support/Xojo/
, but without success. I’m not sure if the problem depends on my Mac, a specific configuration, or something else.
I have contacted XOJO support but have not yet received a response, probably because they are very busy.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or can anyone provide some advice on how to solve this situation?
