Tool tip when hovering over a popup menu - while hovering and without making a selection?

Hello all,

Does anyone have an idea how to add a tooltip to a webpopmenu?

I would like to add a different tooltip for each popupmenu item.

Adding one to the object itself is easy. However, I want to add it so that when the user hovers over a potential selection, the tool tip will show.

Ideas anyone?
