With macOS Sequoia, apps without notarization can no longer be opened by right-clicking on the app icon.
This is a fundamental necessity.
I would like to point out here, although often discussed, that you pay 399 dollars a year for the desktop version and it is not possible to create a ‘ready-made app’ without restrictions.
The situation is not really solved with ‘App Wrapper’ either.
For me, the responsibility clearly lies with Xojo.
