I have set up an github open source repository for Windows (initially) free plugins, starting with some networking examples.
This will be community driven, so request what plugins you would like and I will build up the library. The backend code is based on Multicore golang libraries so should be super quick. There is a page to request new functions, if you have some to add let me know.
